ORDER

Attendance on behalf of the complainant filed. Heard learned advocate for the complainant. Incourse of argument learned advocate for the complainant’s submitted that the recorded consumer in the records of the OP is his father who is alive and te complainant is not the consumer. In view of above said circumstances learned advocate sought permission to withdraw this complaint with liberty to filed a fresh complaint by the recorded consumer of the OP. Prayer is allowed and the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.
