                    None for the appellant.

                    None was present for the appellant on 11.02.2020, 24.03.2021, 28.06.2021, and 14.09.2021.  On the last date of hearing, SPC was also issued to appellant for today’s date but no one is present for the appellant even when the case was taken in second round.

                    Appellant has also not removed the default pointed out by the office despite number of opportunities being granted.

                    This appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution as also for non-removal of default pointed out by the office.
