          We have heard the Complainant in person at length on the point of admission.  With his help, we have also carefully perused entire material placed on record.  Upon carefully scrutinizing the pleadings of the Complainant in the light of evidence adduced on record, it is evident that no cause of action for filing present consumer complaint accrued to the Complainant within the territorial jurisdiction of this Forum.  Thus, this Forum has no territorial jurisdiction to entertain, try and adjudicate present consumer complaint.  Hence, consumer complaint is not admitted for want of territorial jurisdiction and same is hereby returned to the Complainant for presenting the same before the competent Forum/Court having jurisdiction to entertain, try and adjudicate such consumer complaint, as per law.
