Interim order dated 3.08.2012 passed by the Delhi State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (for short he State Commission in FA No. 275/2011 is under challenge in these proceedings. By the said order, the State Commission has ordered exparte proceedings against the petitioner because neither the petitioner nor his representative was present up-till 12:30 PM on the date of hearing. After arguing the matter for some time, counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present revision petition if the liberty is granted to the petitioner to make her submissions in the appeal before the State Commission. With a view to avoid delay in the disposal of the appeal, we grant permission to the petitioner to make its submissions in the appeal listed on 13.12.2012 before the State Commission. The revision petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
