Complainant is absent by the petition on the ground stated therein.Though it is the personal ground but nobody is there to move the petition and no supportive document is there.On a close perusal of material on record it appears that the complainant did not comply the direction of this commission for last two years.Which encouraged this Commission to hold the view that the complainant is not interested to proceed with this case.

The complainant himself has knocked the door to this Commission to get relief in the Year 2017 but till this date is dragging the case.Only filed the application for getting adjournment of hearing of this case day by day.Such conduct of the complainant cannot be indulge by this Commission and without having any supportive document cannot be entertained by this Commission and be considered and rejcted.

            Hence,

                        Ordered,

                                    Let the case be and  be and the same is dismissed for default.

Copy of this order be supplied to the parties each at free of cost.
