It is seen from the judgment dated 12/10/2018 in WP(C).13120/2015 of Honourable High Court of Kerala, along with WP(C.)13249/15 (Wherein the complainant is the 16^th Writ Petitioner) that the provision of law is discussed in detail.

 The judgment is disputed before the Honourable Supreme Court and the complainant herein is a party to the SLPs8658-8659 of 2019 on the file of Honourable Supreme Court.

Claim of the petitioner is for amounts arising out of a proposition of law, which is under the consideration of Honourable Supreme Court, in which he himself is a party.

Hence we dismiss the complaint as being not ripe for contestation.
