This case coming on 17.11.2014 for Counter of the OP2 and notice to OP1 before us in the presence of Sri A. Kameswara Rao and Sri A.V.V.S. Rama Rao, Advocates for the Complainant and Sri T.V.S.K. Kanaka Raju and M.A.S. Prabha, Advocates for the 2^nd Opposite Party and having stood over till this date for consideration, this Forum made the following:

          Full satisfaction memo is filed by the Complainant stating that the Complainant received a cheque bearing No.478938 dated 3.01.2015 for an amount of Rs.12,68,927/- (Rupees twelve lakhs sixty eight thousand nine hundred and twenty seven only) after issuing notice to the Opposite Party.   Heard both sides.   Full satisfaction memo is recorded.  Hence, Complaint is dismissed.   No costs.
