Today, the case was fixed for leading evidence by the complainant, subject to deposit of costs of Rs.600/- in the legal aid account of this Commission, but none has appeared on behalf of the complainant. From the perusal of zimni orders, it is revealed that even from the last three dates of hearing i.e. 13.07.2022, 23.08.2022 and 30.08.2022, none appeared on behalf of the complainant. Case called several times since morning, but none has appeared on behalf of complainant to deposit the cost and to lead evidence. It appears that the complainant is not interested to pursue the present complaint. Accordingly, the present complaint is dismissed in default for want of prosecution. Certified copy of the order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room.
