ORDER

     One application for withdrawal of the present consumer complaint filed on behalf of complainant. Counsel for complainant has also made statement, recorded separately, that in view of the assurance of the OP Bank, the complainant does not want to proceed with the present consumer complaint & wants to withdraw the same and hence prayed that this consumer complaint may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh. In view of the application of complainant as well as statement made by counsel for complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh, as permissible under the law.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
