          File taken up today in view of the application and the order passed on the application itself dated 20.09.2022 i.e. application submitted by complainant to grant the permission to withdraw the complaint.

          Complainant wants to make statement. Recorded separately and placed on the file. Vide his statement, the complainant has stated that the matter has been settled with OP No.1 in one time settlement scheme vide settlement dated 27.06.2022. He has further stated that copy of the settlement deed has already been annexed with the application dated 20.09.2022 filed by him for permission to withdraw the complaint and as per settlement with the OP No.1, he does not want to pursue this consumer complaint further and prayed that the present consumer complaint be dismissed as withdrawn being settled. In view of the statement of the complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being settled.

          Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
