The OP filed their version on 22.12.2015 and on the same day the complainant was called upon to file his affidavit evidence.  The complainant has remained absent in this case since from 11.09.2015.  Despite sufficient time and opportunity given the complainant failed to appear and file his affidavit evidence.  Since, the complainant did not take steps to OP-2, the case against OP-2 also came to be dismissed on 22.12.2015.  It appears that, the complainant has no interest in prosecuting the complaint.  For the reasons best known to him the complainant neither appeared nor submitted his affidavit evidence.  Therefore, the complaint is dismissed for non prosecution.
