Today is fixed for ex-parte hearing. The complainant files hazira along with a petition praying to permit her to withdraw the case stating that the dispute involved in this case has been settled out of Forum and as such she is not willing to proceed with this case further. The authorized person, Mr. Ganguly is present. Being asked Mr. Ganguly has submitted before this Forum that the complainant is not willing to proceed with this case further and she is willing to withdraw her case. The ground mentioned in the petition is sufficient. Hence, it is

that the petition filed by the complainant this day, is allowed. Accordingly, the complainant is permitted to withdraw the case.
