Ld. Advocate for the Appellants is present and heard on the point of admission.  There is a huge delay of 523 days in filing the instant appeal beyond the statutory period.  Ld. Advocate for the Appellants only submits that compliance has been made by the OP No. 1, i.e., Proforma Respondent in the matter and they have been exonerated.

On going through the documents on record, however, we do not come across any such paper.  On the contrary, record shows that already DHr has been directed to take personal initiative to receive the documents lying in Jamshedpur R.T. Office and fixed the matter for report of compliance and payment of decretal dues.  

Considering the whole spectrum of the case as well as the points taken in the delay condonation petition, there is nothing to admit the appeal, which has been filed at a very belated stage without any fruitful explanation.

Accordingly, the appeal is not admitted and stands rejected being hopelessly time barred.
