ORDER

Complaint is allowed as under: O.P's are hereby directed to allot a proper site measuring 30ft X 40 ft at Block-D of it's Bogadi Extension, Mysore, and execute a proper sale deed in favour of the complainant, by putting him in actual possession of the same, within a period of 6 months. If O.P. fails to do so, the complainant is at liberty to seek proper relief, thereafter. Parties to bear their costs. Send the copy of this order to O.P by RPAD and to the complainant under COP.
