ORDER

Heard the counsel for all the parties on merits. At this stage, the counsel for Opposite parties submits that issue involvement in he complaint is very simple which is with regard to change of khatha of the schedule site in favour of the complainant. At this stage, the counsel representing the third Opposite party submitted that second Opposite party is yet to complete the civil work and they are further required to furnish all the particulars to enable the third Opposite party who shall inspect the layout and if it needs their requirement them they release the site in favour of the complainant and then they order for change of khatha of the allotted site in favour of the complainant and therefore submitted that it depends on second Opposite party. The counsel for the second Opposite party submits that the second Opposite parties has already furnished the required particulars to the third Opposite party and in case if needed further particulars and to do any other civil work if left out and report to the third Opposite party. With this they have submitted for disposed of the complaint. Hence for order.ORDER1. Complaint is allowed.2. The second Opposite party is hereby granted 2 months time to complete all the civil works and furnish all the required particulars and materials to third Opposite party to enable him to release the site and also to change the khatha of the site allotted to the complainant in his favour. 3. The second Opposite party failing to their part of work within stipulated period thereafter after expiry of 2 months shall pay Rs.1,000/- per month to the complainant till they complete their work and submit report to third Opposite party. 4. The third Opposite party on receipt all the material particulars or requirements from the second Opposite party within 30 days thereafter, shall release the site allotted to the complainant in his favour and also change the khatha of that site in his name, failing which the third Opposite party shall pay Rs.1,000/- as damages to the complainant after expiry of 30 days till the khatha changed in his name.5. Parties shall bear their own costs.6. Give a copy of this order according to Rules.
