A joint application on behalf of both the parties has been filed to take on record the Settlement / Compromise Deed executed between the parties and a prayer has also been made on behalf of the appellant for withdrawal of the present appeal.

According to Settlement / Compromise Deed, the matter has been settled between the parties.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the entire payment, in terms of the Settlement / Compromise Deed, has been made by the appellant to the respondents, to which learned counsel for respondents has no objection and submits that the matter has been finally settled between the parties by way of compromise. 

In view of above, the appeal is dismissed, in terms of the Settlement / Compromise Deed executed between the parties, which shall form part of the order.  The amount deposited by the appellant with this Commission, be released in its favour.
