Dated the 1st day of February, 2013 ORDER This order will dispose of the application filed by the OP-Unitech Limited praying therein that it be permitted to deposit a sum of Rs.4,77,913/- in compliance of the order dated 09.01.2013 passed by the Hon’ble State Commission, U.T. Chandigarh. Vide order dated 09.01.2013 passed in FA/434/2012, the Hon’ble State Commission, U.T. Chandigarh, was pleased to stay the operation of the impugned order subject to deposit of half of the amount awarded in this case with the concerned District Forum within 20 days. The order is dated 09.01.2013 and the certified copy was prepared on 10.1.2013. It is stated in the application that it was received on 11.1.2013. The application was filed on 31.1.2013. In case the amount has been deposited after the expiry of 20 days, the applicant(OP) is permitted to deposit the amount without prejudice to the rights accrued to the complainants(Anand Engineers & anr.). The draft No.050237, dated 28.01.2013 for a sum of Rs.4,77,913/- be deposited in the account of District Forum, in the form of F.D.R, having maximum interest, for a period of one year, to be renewed from time to time, if needed. Copy of this order be placed on record of the Execution Petition file, if any. Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
