This review application has been placed before us in accordance with regulation 15(2) of the Consumer Protection Regulations, 2005. In this revision, it is submitted that the petitioners are not able to handover possession of the flat to the Complainant for reasons beyond their control and as such alternate proposal has been put for consideration. We do not find any error apparent on the face of the record to justify review sought and the relief sought in the prayer clause cannot be granted. The review application is, accordingly, dismissed.
