Anaha, through its Proprietor/Manager, SCO No.14, Ist floor, Sector 17-E, Chandigarh UT 160 017.

                                                            ORDER

 

1.                     Counsel for OP has brought the payment by way of three cheques, which the counsel for complainant has received and made statement,which is reproduced as under:-

“Statement of Sh.Gaurav Bhardwaj, Adv. for Sh.N.P.Sharma, Advocate for Complainant.

 

I have received three cheques; first cheque No.875325, dated 4.4.2011 amounting to Rs.15,000/- in favour of Renu Sangwan; second cheque No.875326, dated 4.4.2011 amounting to Rs.13,000/- in favour of Gunjan and third cheque No.875327, dated 4.4.2011 amounting to Rs.7500/- in favour of Neeraj Pal Sharma, from the OP towards full and final satisfaction of the claim of the complainant. Hence, I withdraw present complaint subject to realization of aforesaid cheques” 

 

 

2.                     Keeping in view the above, since the complainant has withdrawn the present complaint subject to realization of aforesaid three cheques, the same is allowed and the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

3.                     Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
