ORDER

SRI.VIJU.V.R: MEMBER

This is a complaint filed under section 12 of Consumer Protection Act 1986 and the matter stood over to this date for consideration. After hearing the matter the commission passed an order as follows:

This is a complaint filed by the complaint against the opposite parties alleging deficiency in service.  After admitting the complaint notice was issued to opposite parties.  The notice of 1st opposite party was returned with endorsement “addressee left”.  Notice issued to 2nd opposite party was served.  But 2nd opposite party did not appear before this Commission hence 2nd opposite party was set ex parte.  After accepting the notice the 3rd opposite party filed version.  Since the notice of 1st opposite party returned as ‘addressee left’ it was ordered to take fresh steps against the 1st opposite party.  As the complainant was absent, a notice was issued to complainant to appear before this Commission.  After accepting the notice the complainant failed to appear today before this Commission.  In the above circumstances we find that the complainant is not interested to further proceed with this complaint.

In the result complaint is dismissed for default.  There will be no order as to cost.

A copy of this order as per the statutory requirements be forwarded to the parties free of charge and thereafter the file be consigned to the record room.

Dictated to the Confidential Assistant, transcribed by her, corrected by me and pronounced in the Open Court, this the 05th  day of November,  2022.
