Case has been called several times since morning and ultimately at 3.45 p.m., but none appeared on behalf of the complainant. On the last 3 dates of adjournments also i.e.16.2.2016, 26.2.2016 and 1.3.2016 none appeared on behalf of the complainant. Today also, none appeared on behalf of the complainant. It seems that the complainant is not interested in prosecuting the present complaint. Resultantly, present complaint is dismissed in default for want of prosecution. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
