                         None appeared on behalf of the complainant. Even on the last of hearing, counsel for the decree holder Sh.Ajay Shanker, Adv.suffered statement  he has no instructions on behalf of the complainant to appear and to defend the case. Inspite of the fact that fresh notice was issued to the complainant but the complainant refused to accept the summons. Since the complainant has not come present to join the proceedings and collect the draft of Rs.20000/- as ordered by the Hon’ble State Commission to be paid to the complainant. So, no other option is left, as such, present complaint is dismissed in default for want of prosecution.  It is further ordered that draft of Rs.20000/- which was presented by the opposite party before this Commission, be returned to the authorized representative of the opposite party ( Amritsar Improvement Trust, Amritsar against proper receipt and identification. File be consigned to the record room.
