  Sh. Kanwar Rajinder Singh, Adv.counsel for the decree holder suffered statement that partly compliance has been made and he withdraw the present execution application reserving my right to file a fresh execution application qua remaining compliance of the order. In view of the above statement, present execution application is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn. However, the decree holder is at liberty to file a fresh execution application.
