             Sh.Gurinderpal Singh, D.H./complainant suffered statement that Today, as per instructions of the Hon’ble Forum, he has supplied copy of the sale deed to Sh.Rajesh Bhatia, Adv.counsel for the J.D.Amritsar Improvement Trust for effecting mutation of the plot. J.D.has assured that necessary action shall be completed regarding effecting mutation of the plot within 15 days from today. On the assurance given by the counsel for the J.D. at bar, he is satisfied and he withdraws the present execution application for the time being. Consequently, instant execution application is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to the record room.
