                                  Ms.Harjit Kaur, Superintendent, Amritsar Improvement Trust, Amritsar has come present with the file. Counsel for the applicant Sukhwant Kaur is allowed to check the file and make statement accordingly as per the directions issued by the Hon’ble State Commission.

                                 As per the directions of the Hon’ble State Commission, Smt.Sukhwant Kaur has come present in this Commission and placed copy of her aadhar card and suffered statement that she has  not sold the plot to the complainant Narinder Kaur. She further stated that she is  not ready to give any affidavit and indemnity bond in favour of Narinder Kaur, complinant and she objected o the transfer of the plot No.E-307, Ranjit Avenue in favour of the complainant Narinder Kaur as well as  also objected to the present execution. Keeping in view above situation, since the order passed by the Hon’ble State Commission for execution of sale deed of plot No.E-307 by the opposite party cannot be executed. Hence, present execution application has become infructuous in view of the changed circumstances as it does not fulfill the condition as levied by the Hon’ble State Commission. Hence stand disposed off. Copy of the order be furnished to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to the record room.
