        During the course of arguments, counsel for the complainant suffered statement that complainant has received the documents as per the relief clause after filing of the complaint and that the opposite party has spoiled the future of the complainant.  The complainant has suffered mental agony and harassment in the hands of the opposite party. As such, the complainant presses for heavy compensation and cost. It is admitted fact that opposite party has only delivered the documents to the complainant after the filing of the complaint and compelled the complainant to knock the door of this Commission. As such, this Commission is of the view that certainly, the complainant is entitled for compensation and litigation expenses on account of mental agony and harassment suffered at the hands of the opposite party.   

          Consequently, in view of the above facts and circumstances, present complaint is disposed of with directions to the opposite party to pay compensation of Rs.5000/- and litigation expenses of Rs.2000/- to the complainant. Compliance of the order be made within 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of order. Copy of the order be furnished to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to the record room.
