Today, Ld. counsel for the complainant has made the following statement:-

“Stated that there is some technical flaw in framing the present complaint and I may be allowed to withdraw the present complaint with liberty to file fresh on the same cause of action after removing the defect in the appropriate court of law.”

          In view of ibid statement, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is permitted to file fresh complaint in appropriate court of law after removing the defect, if any. The original documents if any in the main file be returned to the complainant after attaining the Photostat copies of the same in its place. Copy of order be supplied to the parties as per rules. File be consigned to record room.
