HON’BLE JUSTICE K. SURENDRA MOHAN : PRESIDENT

 

No representation for the complainant today also.  We notice that there has been no representation for the complainant consistently on the past number of postings.  Therefore on 24.5.2019 it is recorded that notice was served on the complainant and his counsel.  Inspite of the above there is no representation today also.  It is obvious that he is no longer interested in the matter.  The opposite parties are represented through counsel.  In view of the above this complaint is dismissed for non prosecution.
