Service qua respondents No.1 & 2 is complete.

                   Sh. Anirudh Gupta & Sh.Amit Chaudhary, Advocates have put in appearance on behalf of respondent No.1/complainant by filing Vakalatnama, which is taken on record.

                   Similarly, Sh.Pawan Kumar, official has put in appearance on behalf of respondent No.2.

                   At the time of arguments, the matter has amicably been settled. It is stated by Counsel for the appellant that to satisfy all claims raised by respondent No.1/complainant namely Sh.Amrit Singh, the appellant will pay an amount of Rs.20,000/- within four weeks from today through demand draft. The offer made has been accepted by Counsel for respondent No.1/complainant. Counsel for respondent No.1/complainant states that on receipt of above amount, he will not raise any claim against the appellant or the service provider.

                   In view of above, this appeal stands disposed of. However, it is made clear that if the amount is not so paid within the stipulated period, it will start getting interest @8% p.a. (simple) till the time of making the payment.
