Heard the learned counsel for the appellant builder co. Perused the material on record.

1.       Learned counsel for the appellant builder co. submits, on instructions, that the appellant builder co. does not wish to pursue its appeal and wants to withdraw it. The submission is recorded. The appellant builder co. shall be bound by the submission made by its learned counsel on instructions.

2.       The instant first appeal no. 1598 of 2019 is dismissed as withdrawn, without the option to file it again before this Commission.

3.       The Registry is requested to send a copy each of this Order to all parties in the appeal within three days. The stenographer is requested to upload this Order on the website of this Commission immediately.
