Complainant and Opposite Party filed compromise which has been attested by this Forum on the same date.  Hence looking to the terms of compromise Exh-1, the OP will pay the assured return from January 2014 to February 2016 to the complainant within 6 months TDS certificates from the date of compromise and assured return from March , 2016 will start after 9 months from the date of compromise till the date of possession.  All outstanding TDS certificates will be provided to complainants within 3 months from today. Possession of the flat as described in MOU will be handed over to the complainant within 18 months from today. It is further clarified that assured return will be as per MOU. 
Hence the case is decided as settled. Copy of this order be made available to the parties free of cost as per law and a copy be kept on separate file.  File be consigned to record room.
