Instant complaint has been filed by the complainant on 16-09-2016 and the matter was fixed for arguments on the maintainability on 03/10/2016.  Counsel for complainant appeared and sought time to argue on the maintainability and the matter was fixed for 19/10/2016, since 19/10/2016 several opportunities have been granted to the complainant to argue but neither complainant nor his counsel appeared.  Even today nobody is present on behalf of the complainant.  It seems that the complainant is not interested in pursuing his complaint and it will be abuse of process to proceed with the case further.  Hence the complaint is dismissed in default.  File be consigned to record room.
