Learned counsel for the parties submit that parties have arrived at a settlement and the petitioners have agreed that a sum of Rs.42,000/- paid pendente lite to the respondents/complainants may be retained by them as ex-gratia payment. It is stated by learned counsel for the respondents that after having got the medical record checked from the medical expert they are satisfied that there is no medical negligence on the part of the petitioner/opposite party. As such they withdraw their consumer complaint and they have no objection if in view of that the revision petition is disposed of. In view of the above statements made by respective counsel for the parties, the complaint filed by the respondents/complainants is dismissed as withdrawn. The orders of the Foras below are set aside and revision petition is disposed of accordingly.
