Record is placed before the National Lok Adalat as per order dated 28.11.2023 for settlement of the matter.

Both the parties are present.  IN the instant complaint petition, the complainant has prayed for a direction upon the OP-1 to replace the defective wireless the Keyboard and Mouse combo set with a new one and extended the warrantee period accordingly and / or refund the purchase amount of Rs.999/- along with interest @ 8% p.a. from the date of receipt of the said product and also prayed for compensation of Rs.1,00,000/- for mental agony and Rs.25,000/- for litigation cost.

It is submitted by the Ld. Advocate for the OPs that her clients are ready to handover the new Keyboard and Mouse combo set to the complainant.  Accordingly, the complainant has received the new Keyboard and Mouse combo set. Receipt to that effect is field for the complainant with the prayer for disposal of the instant Consumer Complaint.

In view of the above, it appears that the grievance of the complainant has been redressed by the OPs.

Hence, the CDF Unit-II, CC No. 125/2023 is settled and disposed of finally through the National Lok Adalat.

Let a copy of this order be supplied to both the parties free of cost with proper endorsement.
