Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the revision petition reserving liberty to challenge the report of the Local Commissioner after the decision of the District Forum. 
          The revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn reserving the liberty with the petitioner to take this point, after passing the final order by the District Forum.

          Since this is an old case, District Forum is requested to dispose off the case within four months from the date of appearance of the parties. Parties are directed to appear before the District Forum on 8.12.2009.
