ORDER

     Case taken up today in National Lok Adalat. Counsel for complainant has stated that the matter has been settled between the parties and complainant has received Rs.40,000/- from OP as full and final settlement. Statement of counsel for complainant in the shape of endorsement has been recorded on the first page of the complaint itself in view of which the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being settled.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
