| Final Order / Judgement | Sri Shyamal Gupta, Member Present Revision is directed against the Order dated 10-08-2017 passed by the Ld. District Forum, North 24 Parganas in CC/745/2016. By such petition, it is submitted by the Revisionists that the notice issued by the Ld. District Forum in the complaint case did not bear any case number. Still, it engaged an Advocate to enquire into the matter, who allegedly did not work properly. Therefore, another Advocate was roped in to do the needful. The said Ld. Advocate reported that the matter was fixed for ex parte hearing on 10-08-2017. Although on that day, the Ld. Advocate appeared before the Ld. District Forum and prayed for vacating the ex parte hearing order, it was summarily rejected by the Ld. District Forum; hence this Revision. Ld. Advocates for the parties were heard. We have also perused the documents on record. It appears from the copy of final order furnished by the Respondents that the instant complaint case has already been disposed of by the Ld. District Forum vide its order dated 21-09-2017. Since the fate of said case has already been sealed, it effectively renders the present Revision infructuous. Accordingly, the Revision fails. Hence, O R D E R E D The Revision stands dismissed on contest against the Respondents without any cost. | |
