Present:    None for complainant-DH.

 

            Case called several times since morning. But neither the complaints-DH nor his counsel has appeared. It appears that the complainant-DH is least interested in pursuing the present execution petition. It is already 3.50 pm. Further wait is not justified. Accordingly, the present execution is hereby dismissed in default for non-prosecution. We order accordingly.
