By filing this revision petition, Tata Sky Limited-opposite parties No.1 to 3 (petitioners) has challenged the order dated April 29th, 2016 passed by District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Panchkula (for short ‘District Forum), whereby, their defence was struck off for non-filing of reply.
2. Sh. Amit Gupta, respondent No.1-complainant has stated that he has no objection if the impugned order is set aside.
3. In view of above, this revision petition is accepted and the impugned order is set aside. Consequently, the petitioners are accorded opportunity to file reply on the date fixed before the District Forum, that is, August 22nd, 2016.
4. Copy of this order be sent to the District Forum.
