Shri Khatana states that parties have settled the matter out of court. Respondent has agreed to withdraw the allegations in regard to unfair trade practice and deficiency in service on the part of petitioner. He further states that Pay Order of Rs. 44,250/- is ready. Similar amount was deposited by the petitioner with the District Forum. Pursuant to the settlement this amount is to be released to the respondent. Respondent says that he withdraws the allegations of unfair trade practice and deficiency in service on the part of petitioner. Revision petition is, therefore, disposed of in terms of said settlement. Shri Khatana has handed over Pay Order of Rs. 44,250/- to the respondent. Respondent will be entitled to withdraw similar amount deposited by the petitioner with the concerned District Forum.
