Mr. Prasenjit Ganguly, Ld. Advocate appears for the Jdrs by filing Vakalatnama.

He files an application for recall of the W/A. He wants to make payment of Rs. 50,000/- by bankers cheque to the Dhr. who is present. But the Dhr. is refuses to accept the same.

The application filed by the Ld. Advocate of the Jdrs. is registered as MA/82/2023, taken up for hearing with the consent of the Ld. Advocates on both sides.

Heard the Ld. Advocate perused the petition. Ld. Advocate appearing for the Dhr does not raise any objection to the prayer for suspension of the operation of the warrant issued against Jdrs. till 14.07.2023.

As such, the warrants be kept at abeyance till 14.07.2023.

The O/C of concerned P.S. is directed not to execute those warrants till 14.07.2023.

A copy of this order be handed over to the Ld. Advocate of the Jdrs.

Send a copy of this order to the O/C of concerned P.S.

14.07.2023 is fixed for entire amount.

The MA being No. 82/2023 is thus disposed off.
