Heard learned Counsel for applicant on application moved for refund of money deposited under Section 15 of the Consumer Protection Act in appeal No.2186/15 Panasonic India Pvt. Ltd. Vs Amit Chandra & another.

Above appeal has been disposed of in terms of compromise vide judgment and order dated 19.05.2016 passed in said appeal.

The amount deposited under Section 15 of the Act shall be refunded to applicant in terms of compromise.

Registrar shall issue cheque accordingly.
