ORDER

Sri Sanjai Kumar, Member: The appeal taken up for hearing. The Ld. Counsel for the appellant Sri Ram Gopal  and Ld. Counsel for the respondent Sri Sudhir Singh are present.

During the course of hearing, the parties submitted that they have entered into a compromise outside the court and there is no dispute between them any more. Compromise petition was filed accordingly.

The appeal is disposed of in terms of compromise. Para 2 of the Compromise Petition shall form part of the formal order.

Certified copy of the judgment be provided to the parties in accordance with rules.
