2.            Manisha, Director o/o American Travel & Tours Pvt. Ltd., SCO No.91-92-93, Sector 34-A, Chandigarh.

3.            Kashmir Tours and Travels, Near Hotel International, Sonwar, Srinagar.

 

                                                                                                   Opposite Parties

 Present:            Complainant in person.

Ms.Manisha, OP No.2 in person and Director/Representative of OP No.1 with her counsel Sh.Parminder Singh, Advocate for OP No.1 & 2.

None for OP No.3.

                                                            ORDER

                          The case was taken up today in the Lok Adalat. The matter has been settled between the parties. The complainant has received cheque of Rs.50,000/- dated 14.5.2010 in her favour from OP No.1 & 2, towards full and final settlement of her claim in the present complaint as well as for others who had accompanied her and made statement for withdrawal of the complaint as fully satisfied subject to realization of aforesaid cheque. Accordingly, the complaint is allowed to be withdrawn subject to realization of aforesaid cheque of Rs.50,000/-.

                        Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
