                    Sh.Samarjeet Singh, Adv.counsel for the decree holder suffered statement that J.D.No.1 has made compliance of the order passed by this Commission by crediting amount of Rs 53000/- on 21.10.2023 in the account of the decree holder.  As such, the decree holder does not want to proceed further with the present execution application and on the instructions of the decree holder, he withdrew the present execution application being fully satisfied. Consequently, in view of the above statement, present execution application is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to the record room.
