ORDER

 

            This order will dispose of the application filed by applicant-American Express Banking Corporation praying therein for release of the deposited amount in District Forum as per order of the Hon’ble National Commission.

            Sh.Munish Kapila,Advocate, has appeared on behalf of complainant and filed his power of attorney and has made the following statement, recorded separately;-

“The American Express Banking Corp. has paid the entire amount to the complainant(OP in this application) and now nothing is outstanding against the American Express Banking Corp. So, the complainant(OP in this application) has no objection if the amount of Rs.2,44,350/- deposited by American Express Banking Corp. in this Forum is released to it alongwith interest accrued thereon.”

 

             In view of the statement made by counsel for complainant, the amount of Rs.2,44,350/- be released in favour of American Express Banking Corporation alongwith interest accrued thereon.

            Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
