Complaint is with regard to defect in mobile phone of Samsung make. On verifiction of complaint it is seen that the relief is claimed against LG Service Centre and LG Electronics India (P) Ltd., Matter was posted for hearing on admission. Counsel represented and sought time for clearing defects which was granted. Subsequent three postings there was no representation for complainant and defects was also not cured.
Hence, without going into merits of the case, we dismiss the complaint. Complainant is at liberty to file the complaint afresh curing defects.
