ORDER

     Sh.Bhavnik Mehta, Complainant, has stated that the parties have settled the matter and tendered copy of settlement deed dated 07.06.2024, which is ordered to be taken on record as Ex.CX. Complainant has further stated that in view of the settlement deed dated 07.06.2024, he does not press the present consumer complaint and prayed that the same be dismissed as withdrawn being settled. Statement of complainant to this effect has been recorded separately.

     In view of the statement made by the complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being settled.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
