ORDER

 

Present:       Sh. Madan Singh Tanwar, Advocate for complainant.

Sh. Sumer Saini, Advocate for OP no.1.

Sh. Amarjeet, Advocate for OP no.2.

Sh.Keshav Verma, Advocate for OP no.3.

(Defence of OP no.1&3 struck off vide order dt. 31.03.2023)

 

                             Sh. Amarjeet, counsel for the OP no.2 has made a statement that he has compromised the matter on behalf of OP no.2 with complainant and as per compromise the company would pay invoice amount Rs. 25,000/-(Twenty Five Thousand Only) to the complainant within one month as full and final payment and Complainant will give old AC to OP no.2. Counsel for the Complainant has also made a statement that his complaint be decided as per statement of learned counsel for OP no.2 and he will be bound to give old AC to counsel for OP no.2. In view of this, OP no.2 Godrej & Boycee Mfg. Co. Ltd. is directed to pay Rs.25,000/-(Twenty Five Thousand Only) to the complainant within 30 days from today failing which OP no.2 will pay the said amount alongwith interest @9% per annum from the date of filing of this complaint till realization. Complaint stands disposed off accordingly. Copy of the order be supplied to both the parties, free of cost. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
