                              Learned counsel for the DH/complainant suffered a statement, which is recorded separately to the effect that he wants to withdraw the present execution application on behalf of DH/complainant with liberty to file afresh.

                   In view of the statement of the learned counsel for the DH/complainant, the present execution application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. However, the DH/complainant is at liberty to file afresh execution application, as per law. Certified copy of the order be sent to the parties concerned, free of costs as per rules.
